There’s one thing I know to be true …
Yes, we’re talking about advocacy that feels as natural as having a heart-to-heart with a trusted friend. Where you feel prepared, composed, and ready to tackle even the most challenging IEP meetings.
Where you turn overwhelming processes into actionable steps and build partnerships that prioritize your child’s needs.
Steps that don’t just create plans – they create progress.
Because you believe in your child’s potential as much as they do!
One that equips you with confidence and a proven system!
This is a system I’ve used successfully with numerous clients navigating the complexities of the IEP process.
At the heart of this system is the Roadmap to IEP Success, carefully laid out inside Each Child Matters.

This membership is about connecting deeply with your vision, understanding the system, and confidently collaborating to achieve outcomes that matter.
It’s a step-by-step system with milestones and action tasks designed to help you become and informed-decision maker for your child.
On this journey, you’ll learn how to seamlessly prepare, organize, and participate in a way that ensures your voice is heard and your child’s needs are prioritized. Advocacy will feel natural—like it’s part of your parenting DNA.
In fact, many parents share that after using this system, they leave IEP meetings feeling empowered and optimistic about their child’s future. How good will that feel?
I have a feeling you’re looking for something special…
I still remember the nerves I felt walking into my very first IEP meeting as an advocate.
Despite over a decade of experience writing IEPs, training teachers, and attending hundreds of meetings, sitting at the table as the advocate felt completely different. The stakes were higher, and I was stepping into unfamiliar territory.
That day, I faced a room full of professionals and had to challenge an evaluation that didn’t reflect the student’s unique needs. My heart raced, my palms sweated, and I worried about saying the wrong thing.
I asked the hard questions, encouraged the team to think differently, and ultimately helped secure better testing and a more appropriate placement for the student. That meeting was a turning point—it showed me how powerful informed decision-making could be.
Then I started taking on more clients, I didn’t have a formal system. I’d just read through files, make a plan, and tackle challenges as they came up. It worked, but it wasn’t efficient.
Over time, I developed a system—a clear, repeatable process that ensured smoother, faster, and more successful outcomes for every case.
Now, I teach that system inside the Each Child Matters Membership.
This membership isn’t just about learning the ins and outs of the special education process—it’s about empowering parents to confidently take the lead.
Several clients have “graduated,” going from needing one-on-one support to advocating on their own or relying solely on the tools and resources within this membership to navigate tricky situations.
If you’re ready to gain the clarity, confidence, and tools you need to advocate effectively, Each Child Matters is your roadmap.
